As stated in our About page, all of our phone cases are handcrafted, therefore, your order may take 3 - 5 business days before it ships out. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

We take great caution in creating and inspecting all of our products before shipment and will never ship out a damaged product, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request and exchange within 14 days of receipt. No, you are not required to have a Paypal account, as stated above all payments are processed through Paypal regardless of whether you use a Paypal account or not.
